Jeannette Sullivan is an amazing provider. My visit was just as high quality as all of my previous visits with her. Her leaving Oaklawn is a tremendous loss for her patients and her community. Oaklawn administration should have done everything in their power to keep her. She will be greatly missed.

Jeanette is a focused listener listening to her (me) patients needs. . Always pleasant with good bed side manner. She has been very helpful with managing my diabetes. For the passed year communication has become AWFUL. I have had several attempts for contact and never get a response every time I have to call back multiple times for answers.
