I sure am going to miss her
The visit would of went better if the medical assistant wouldn't had fell asleep going over my medicine to me. I had to holler hello just to wake her up.

Losing a Gem
I’m truly disappointed to hear that Jeanette will be leaving Oaklawn. She has been one of the most knowledgeable, approachable, and effective providers I’ve ever worked with. Her support in helping me manage my diabetes—including introducing new medications and technology—has made a significant impact on my health.What sets Jeanette apart is her ability to offer realistic, down-to-earth advice that’s easy to follow and actually works for everyday life. I always felt heard, supported, and confident in her care.Oaklawn is losing a top-tier provider, and I’ll likely need to look outside the network now. I’m incredibly grateful for all she’s done and wish her the very best in her next role.

Ongoing care visit
Jeannette has been one of the best healthcare provider I have ever been to. She has gotten by Type 2 Diabetes under control and helped with weight loss. Sorry to see her leave Oaklawn Medial Group.

Jeannette Sullivan is an amazing provider. My visit was just as high quality as all of my previous visits with her. Her leaving Oaklawn is a tremendous loss for her patients and her community. Oaklawn administration should have done everything in their power to keep her. She will be greatly missed.

Telehealth
Jeanette is a focused listener listening to her (me) patients needs. . Always pleasant with good bed side manner. She has been very helpful with managing my diabetes.
