After many years of seeing this Nurse Practioner, she literally blew me off as a patient. It became very clear that as Centracare started buying up all medical facilities in the area, the quality of medical care declined dramatically. I found out the hard way that any medical issue which is more complex than say the common cold or minor illness, simply does not warrant their time (or perhaps desire) to investigate. I have observed this concerning transition with several doctors after being acquired by Centracare (Saint Cloud Medical Group, Saint Cloud ENT, Saint Cloud Women and Children's), the level of care and service goes out the window. It's all about the $$$ folks! Yep, my family has been through the ringer with this medical conglomerate, from mis-diagnosis to resorting to hypochondria diagnosis! Think I'm exagerating? A prominent UofM physician who took the time to diagnose the issues, actually said and I quote: "those rural doctors don't know what they are doing".

She shows genuine concern and listens to what you have to say. She spent appropriate time with me during my appointment and I did not feel rushed at all.
