Jeanne is very cold and condensing. She has no respect for the people she treats heards them in and out like cattle. I hope to find a new doctor this month. She tries to treat you as if your not a human. She is very rude. She is often disrespectful. I fell like she thinks I'm wasting her time. She types on the computer more than she speaks to you. I'm very unhappy with her.

I was a patient of Dr. Nelson's at the Alabama Pain Center, LLC. My experience w/ her was absolutely horrible. I was referred to her internally by another CRNP for the medication management of my Social Anxiety Disorder. I found her to be unempathetic & judgmental. Not once did this woman ever smile, or even greet me. Also, during several visits w/ her, she had been so rude & hateful towards me, that it caused me to have multiple panic attacks in her office…she just sat there, ignoring me.
