She didn't seem to have a grasp on what she was doing, what was going on, repeatedly unaware as to what was in my medical record, constantly repeating herself and cutting me off, always sending me to a specialist when she should have been able/trained to take care of minor issues such as taking out a little piece of ear wax just inside of ear canal....another nurse practitioner there said she could do it easily. She would be VERY rude, unlike the other providers there.
