Aggravated
I’ve been having a new patient appointment scheduled that I had to wait almost 3 months for. Now 6 days before my appointment a very rude Michelle calls to reschedule. Have to wait ANOTHER MONTH! I haven’t even seen her yet and I’m already aggravated with the office staff. I hope the NP has a better attitude than her office!

Listened to me, explained my diagnosis in detail
She was awesome. She listened to all of my problems and symptoms and laid out a plan to diagnose me. My appt lasted about 25 min and she explained in detail what it was that she thought was wrong and how we are going to move forward. She was very attentive and compassionate.

Rude. Non-existent bedside manner. I wouldn't even take my dogs to her. I cant believe LSU Healthcare would have this impudent woman working for them. Ill make sure my elderly father goes somewhere else.
