I was treated so insanely rudely by the lady receptionist that I left in tears.. I was confused about my insurance options and was passed over & my appointment was given away as I stood there & was told I'd have to wait all day for another, tho I was there on time. 1 question led to a complete breakdown in communication, and I still can't see a thing...im painfully blind. Dr. Mattingly backed her rudeness and it was si disappointing. Now, I have 5ti search, in an unfamiliar city, for anothr Doc
