I can’t recommend him enough!
Telehealth
He is so chill and has literally changed my life for the better. I really can’t recommend him enough. I literally recommend him to anyone and everyone I know who is struggling. I even went into therapy super skeptical because I felt like I had read all the books about mental health and done all the things to improve it. I really only started therapy as a last resort because my mental health was not where I wanted it to be. My only regret is not reaching out to him sooner. I can’t imagine that really anyone would be unhappy with him. He’s so easy to talk to but it’s also so much more than talking, because I have plenty of friends that I can talk to, but he just strikes that perfect balance that I need of calling me out when I need to be but like also NEVER making me feel judged, embarrassed, or ashamed. Seriously. Book the appointment. You won’t regret it.
