We had to deliver the message to my mother that she really needed to move to assisted living situation. She is very independent and wanted to stay in her house as long as possible. Jason was very kind, compassionate. He spent an admirable amount of time, was firm but kind, and knew what to say during this difficult situation, effectively paving the way to beginning the necessary transition.
