Jen truly is wonderful. I have CRPS. He was the one and only nurses I’ve had a good experience with since my diagnosis in November 2015. His compassion and willingness To do whatever it was to help his patients- it’s so hard to find especially since not many drs/nurses even know what CRPS is and how to treat it. I am completely heart broken that he left new solutions and is now back at Bridgeport hospital. Recognize the fact that you have an angel working Amongst you.

He’s very rude on the phone has no sympathy for a patient and has a very mean and bad attitude, seems like he doesn’t care for patients issues when they’re trying to explain
