I found his bed side manners unprofessional, his understanding of my conditions lacking (even with my record in his hands) and his choice to help with my chief complaint ignored. When I expressed that I was on a waiting list to see a doc but that it would take over a month his exact response was I find THAT hard to believe. I would NEVER allow this man to treat me or anyone that I care for. Lack of compassion should be noted as well. He sent in a trainee and gave me 3 mins. of his time.
