I went to Dr Kaiser on the recommendation of a nurse friend who said he was very good and very honest. I had been to an orthopedic Dr. for pain in my right shoulder, and had an x-ray by him that indicated I didn't have a rotator cuff, due to osteo arthritis. I took the x-ray to Dr. Kaiser who said there wan't much he could do for me, since I had already had a cortisone shot from my other doctor, but Jason did show me a set of pendulum exercises that I am sure have lengthened the time for shots
