Visits were an absolute burden; they were essentially required in obtaining and maintaining temporary housing. I discovered a friend obtained housing thru Solid Ground and had the same "counselor". After several months of zero effort, I mentioned this, and he told me that because he assumed I was occasionally staying nights at friends' when able, and thus he discounted my eligibility for any resource I was left to assume he was working on while wasting tim4. I had a Service Dog trained in seizure response, who he expressed resentment for, and called "your PET" in the tone of a racial epithet. He actually took it upon himself at the first place he finally sched. an appt with and told them "he probably can't live here with his Dog, right"? And told me I'd have to choose. I had to get another official designation note from an actual doctor. He was snide, pretentious, and mentioned personal opinions about my meds, former staff, aspects of life that were not relevant, & it gets much worse
