Jason is so knowledgeable and specific in how he works with you. After he is familiar with your circumstances, he is quick to get you going with stretches, exercises and goals to achieve. My neck pain and stiffness affected everything in my life and now I feel alive again, to say the least! Keep up with the PT he tells you to do and you will be living in a brand new version of yourself!
