I would definitely recommend Ms. Dean to anyone with renal (kidney) issues. She is a quiet, soft spoken person but you like her right away because she is very friendly and polite. She is very professional in her appearance and how she carries herself . Ms. Dean is very knowledgeable and has answered my questions concerning my End Stage Renal Disease. If she is not able to answer right then, she says so, promises to find out and get back with me When she promises, she keeps her word.
