The worst doctor I’ve had in my entire existence

I was excited to find a provider in network with my subpar HMO plan. I visited Jarret and thought he had good ideas. I went to implement his plan only to find the script he gave me was over $1,000 a month. I then immediately tried to contact Jerret to discuss other options. I tried for THREE months to contact him. The ONLY way this office interfaces with patients is through texting via the office manager or through a generic office email. When I finally tried to escalate things Iryna, the office manager, gave me his email. I am baffled why three months later I am only now allowed to have a contact for my provider- especially since my attempts through their 'process' were unsuccessful. When I did reach out today to inform him that I had been trying for three months to contact him to discuss this pricey new med and other options there was zero 'sorry about that' or anything addressing the fact that this has been a super frustrating process and instead he sent me a link to make an appointment to come in again!!! The process in which they intake and manage patients at this location is broken in my opinion. There's literally no way to contact anyone outside of the generic text/email and no one was actually at the office when I arrived for my appointment. Just a button to push that didn't even bring him out for quite some time. It was super weird. In the end Jarret told me "If you're still unhappy with the processes"... "you may want to find another office will be able to accommodate you better." I mean, seriously? I just wanted to connect with the provider I spent $200 on an intake session to discuss the meds he prescribed. No apology no nothing. Basically the message if you don't like it leave. Now I'm back to where I started. I'm very confused by this whole interaction.

Jarret actually listens to my input. I'm not rushed. Condescended to. He answers questions and gets results. I don't wait hours in a cramped waiting room. Rushed into treatments that don't make sense. Total 180 from prior exoeriences in psychiatric care.

I cannot say enough about Jarret, he is so compassionate and patient. He also remains so committed to finding the best treatment option for me as an individual . I've seen many psychiatric providers over the years, and Jarret really is one of the best.
