Failed to give me important information
My kid saw her twice in the integrative medicine department for bowel-related problems.She neglected to tell me about some very important side effects and dosing issues with one of the supplements she recommended. This led to my kid experiencing days of avoidable, significant pain -- and it could have made her quite sick indeed. At our follow-up, she started giving me advice without remembering or reviewing her notes - and it was advice that would have caused pain and trouble for my kid if I had followed it.
