Had an appt- cancelled at 12:54 pm for appt later in day do to illness. Now getting billed $50 for not cancelling appt 24 hrs in advance. I WAS NOT SICK 24 HOURS PRIOR!!!! Their policy is 24 hrs in advance?! I haves talked to ALL parties involved with no help!
