I could not believe how rude and almost obnoxious this provider is. She charges high fee's for monthly prescription renewals and refuses to give any prescription for 90 days because she wants you to keep coming back monthly to charge you up to $95 a month just to send in your renewal prescription.

Immediately do not trust her with my care. She’s nasty and rude for absolutely no reason.

This woman is amazing, she answers every single message. Addresses your concerns and you can always follow up with her and she will call you right away. If all medical personnel were as efficient as her we'd have a great medical system.

Her presentation contains the best, in-depth prevention strategy I’ve seen. When so many other providers refuse to treat COVID, Janna is leaning into the problem and willing to serve the community. I have had two online appointments with Janna Mustafina. Both appointments she was extremely rude and treated me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I ended the second appointment abruptly because, when she came on video with her frown and rude tone of voice, I remembered the bad experience I had with her prior. She simply shrugged her shoulders as if she didn’t care about her poor bedside manner. Worst practitioner I’ve ever encountered.

Janna has been a godsend. My primary care doctor of 15 years retired last summer. Finding a new primary care doctor has proven to be a challenge with promising doctors not accepting new patients and others who are not on my insurance plan. Janna stepped in and did evaluations of my conditions and has helped fill my prescriptions. I finally settled on a new primary care and got an appointment for three months later. Fast forward to January, and my wife’s company changed insurance providers and I had to start my search again, only to have the doctor I got an appointment with this time leave the practice to go to Ohio. Janna has continued to be responsive, and has continued to refill my maintenance medications for me. I’m not sure what I would have done without her.

Terrible online visit, dismissed what I said and told me I need nothing but a warm compress. Thanks I can google, that has not worked for the past 4 days. Now I have to fight to avoid being charged $55 for this person to tell me nothing is wrong

I described my diagnosis and a prescription I had received in the past from a previous doctor for my ailment. Nurse Mustafina asked no questions instead she decided I was fabricating my ailments and refused to fill my prescription. Worst medical provider I have ever went to for treatment.

Janna is an amazing person to see if you're having a medical problem. Her service is so helpful, especially for someone who doesn't have insurance. Being able to get a refill from her is much more cost effective than having to go to the emergency room because I can't get in to see a doctor in time. She's, friendly and professional.
