I made an appointment for an evaluation and rescheduled to a later date. I then canceled days in advance and was charged $50.

This place is all about money. Im not saying they shouldn't get paid but they will bill your insurance for services you did not agree to. They will not wait for the EOB but rather collect it from the patient first, which is not allowed as per the contract with the insurance. The entire billing process will stress out the parents, its not simple because they complicate it! Have your insurance company call them, I did and they told them they cant collect until the EOB is processed! Whats the point of paying thousands for health insurance when you end paying thousands for speech! I regret ever coming here! Just get free speech therapy through your school district! What a waste of money and time!

This speech provider Suffolk speech only care about profits and money. They do not care about the clients/patients needs and concerns. Is a health provider that does not care about growth of people. Janine solely cares about the business focus...... Is so bad they should go out of business.

In this very trying time when services for children have drastically changed it is great to keep them with some type of normal. My son has been asking when he was going to get to see his therapist again and to be able to tell him that he will see him on the computer has been great. Not only that but they haven't missed a beat. It is almost as if they are in the same room. The therapist has been patient with him yet able to keep my ADHD driven son focused and attentive for the whole time. It is great to see and surprising. I really had my doubts when it was first offered but I am beyond happy I tried it. My son has benefited not only from the therapy but also from having a sense of routine. It has worked wonders and being a god sent for him to be able to do this.

Agree with other reviews. Went to Myo specialist no Speech bc so ineffective. She trains speech therapists in Myo to collect from insurance but that doesn’t make them competent as someone who only does that. They will do Myo forever with no result. I don’t like how if your therapist isn’t there they give you a new one. Some therapists are rude with little kids. The popular ones are more booked for a reason. The office staff is pleasant. The waiting area stinks with nothing for kids to do. You

The office billing staff are very unprofessional and rude. They bill the insurance for more than an out of pocket for a speech session would be. They also bill for non covered services when they are in contract with insurance not to do so. They don’t follow up in claims with insurance and don’t send necessary paperwork to maintain coverage.

This office has been great since the first day we walked in there for an evaluation. The therapists take the time to explain everything to me that I never noticed before with my child and we came up with a plan to work on everything he needs. I do not have the best insurance but the billing department took the time to explain my deductible and co-insurance payments that I am responsible for per my insurance policy it is not the office charging us. We were even able to set up a payment plan.

Scammers. Took my daughter for feeding therapy and they charged me over 2500 for speech therapy that was never intended and never performed. So be careful if you ever go in there.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a practice. Not only did they not help my child improve in speech they also charge your insurance and then send you an astronomical bill. Please verify with them in advance what you owe and get it in writing to avoid the disaster we had to go through. If money is owed it should be told to the patient. We went for over 20 sessions and never once were we told we owed anything until we . Months later we received a bill in the thousands
