I had a 9:10 appointment arrived at 8:50. Two days prior I received a reminder call from MMH to arrive 15 minutes early. Which would have been at 8:55. At the window They informed me that I was supposed to arrive 30 minutes early and would not see me. It gets better. I got a phone call from her office this afternoon. They called me because I was a no show for the appointment... what a nerve!

I would never recommend her- she talks down to you and treats you like you are stupid. Don't waste your time here.

Janette explained my condition to me in a friendly and realistic manner. She and her staff were very kind and made me feel more at ease. I would definitely recommend her to those dealing with fertility and female issues.
