She's flaky and forgetful. She never admits blame or fixes her mistakes. She prescribed me the wrong ADHD med, I have to wait a month to fix it.
Sent the wrong amt & dosage on my seizure med. Sent it all to the wrong pharmacy. Took awhile to find. I had to take 1/2 my usual dosage all weekend, felt sick. I could've had a seizure. I called the office to complain, she sent over the same thing again & to the wrong pharmacy. We NEVER discussed lowering my dose, changing ADHD meds or pharmacies.
