Horrible. She did not smile once and was very abrupt and cold. It is a very unsupportive environment. I felt she is just there for the money.

This was the worst place in the world to go and get counseling from. The entire office is disgusting and she is not friendly at all. I don't think she assessed my situation accurately it was more like here take this see ya later bye. You will be better off going anywhere but that place. She definitely does it for a paycheck and not to truly evaluate and help people accurately.

You are better off receiving counseling from a stranger in a bar than this lady! >She was critical, judgmental & dismissive. Getting an appointment is easy, nobody wants to go back there. Dingy white slipcovers over the waiting area furniture offered a gloomy feeling of cold & emptiness. Session was uncomfortable, felt more like a trip to the principal's office. Friendly staff. Overall atmosphere lacks any feeling of warmth or solace that one might come to expect of a counseling office.
