I found Janet Bohne's advice to be extremely helpful. I was diagnosed with Diabetes that was out of control, and she helped me understand how to eat and exercise to lower my blood sugar. After our individual session and several group classes, I was able to lower my A1c from 10.1 to 6.4. I would highly recommend!

I visited MS Bohne for help tracking and understanding deeper my options on a very low carb diet. What I got was preachy counter information without scientific backup. I even was treated to unfounded opinions on Dr. Bernstein's book and motives though she has never meet him not read the book. If you want to be lectured go here. If you what to follow an American Diabetes Association diet buy their book. If you what a contrary opinion that works buy another book. Don't waste your time.
