Very professional, very caring
My kid ALWAYS feels better after a therapy session with Janelle, even when he cries all the way there. I don't know what magic is involved but I am very thankful we found her.

Dr. O'Boyle has been treating me after my daughter revealed to me that her dad had been sexually abusing her. She has helped me through some of the hardest months of my life, taken me through the healing process, and is helping me to regain my footing in life. She is straight forward and no nonsense, which I appreciate tremendously. She also believes, in her practice, in getting her patients to a point where they can function on their own, without her. So many therapists I've gone to have kept me in indefinite care, which I think is unnecessary but good for their pockets. I am encouraged that we are working toward goals of optimum health and independence. I've found her to be an invaluable resource for my mental and emotional health and would not hesitate to recommend her services. Her understanding of trauma and how it affects people and, most importantly, how to recover, have been an incredible resource during this life-trial.

Left five messages for an appointment. Never called back. Irresponsible and unprofessional.

Janelle did not show up or cancel a confirmed introductory appointment with my daughter. We arrived 10 minutes early and waited in the cold wind for 20 minutes past appointment start. Office building was locked and her office, which was visible from the street, had lights off. Nobody responded to repeated knocking. Janelle did not answer her phone when I called from in front of her office to ask for her for an ETA. Two days later and she still hasn't responded to my voicemail.
