I’ve worked with her a few times and found her to be very dismissive of my concerns and usually leave without much help at all. I would not recommend her and won’t be returning.

Janell is terrible and I would not recommend her to anyone. She doesn't listen to your concerns, is extremely dismissive, and doesn't even bother to check to make sure what she prescribes (if you get anything from her at all) doesn't interact with your current medication! Save your copay and your health by requesting someone else.

Very dismissive of my concerns, told me it was all in my head. I left with no help from her at all, twice. Will never see her again.

She did not listen to my health concerns and therefore overlooked a condition that needed treatment. I would not recommend this practice to anyone! I had issues with another nurse there as well who caused damage to my ear.
