Jane Roschmann, LMFT

I started seeing Jane for support with depression in my 20s/30s, and it's fair to say that with her support and guidance I was finally able to break the patterns in my life that had hindered me for years. It didn't happen overnight, but I can't imagine having made the changes I did without Jane's help. Jane is warm and kind, but she doesn't beat around the bush. She asks great questions that help you see the thought/behavioral patterns that are causing you grief. She won't overwhelm you; she'll compassionately work with you at pace you can handle. She's honest as the day is long, and she won't keep you in therapy just to line her pockets. She's a true professional. She's down-to-earth and approachable, which might disguise just how knowledgeable and insightful she is. Sharp as a tack. It took me a while to understand how gifted she is because I wasn't ready to hear her insights, but she never gave up on me, thank heavens, and eventually it paid off!
