Excellent practitioner. Jane really gets the mind, body and soul connection of eating well and exercise. She is always ready with a strategy to win the nutrition game when life gets in the way. As an athlete herself, Jane was able to develop a nutrition plan to support my fitness goals. It is an ongoing process and I feel fortunate to have Jane's help.
