Jane Marks, LMFT

It's taken me some time to feel comfortable providing feedback about Mrs. Marks. She was the first therapist I ever went to and it was so traumatic I completely stop going and took me another year before I found another therapist. She plugged her own workout class every session, I recognize there are health benefits to working out but it seemed inappropriate to push her clients to her own class. She also said she was more of a "life coach" than a therapist, which lead to her suggesting somethings that made me feel really uncomfortable such as "man don't know what they want, you have to tell them what to do sometimes". I have since been a patient of another therapist and I am shocked at the difference in care. Because of all of this I cannot recommend her.
