Jane puts you at ease the moment you enter her office. She is warm, caring and extremely receptive and welcoming. I can say just about anything to her and rest assured it will be met with calm, caring and an earnest attempt to sort out things detrimental to my mental health, expose them to the light of day and explore more healthy alternative ways of thinking. Quite honestly, the very best therapist I've had to date.
