She wasn't very sincere... Not professional also. She didn't give any advice on how to handle my issue.

My daughter & I arrived 15 min. early for a 1st visit. While waiting, we heard a lot of yelling from the next room. Audible through the closed door, the shouting was loud, foul-mouthed & mean-spirited. I explained to my daughter, who was upset by the disturbing language, that some get treatment for anger issues. 15 min. later, Dr. Jacobus emerged alone from the room, red-faced & distraught. Dr. Jacobus was the angry person! She had been on the phone! We made an excuse, left & never returned.

Dr. Jacobus was unorganized and disheveled. She seemed distracted and her demeanor was generally unprofessional. Her advice was unhelpful and her interest in my issue seemed insincere.
