Dr. Jane Chi, OD

I came to see her for my eye issue. Since she was the only doctor there, she got many patients to take care so that might be the reason why she was in a rush. She didn't talk to you professionally but gave you commands. I paid for the doctor visit not a free visit okay so learn how to speak in a better manner. On my way out, I need to make a follow up appointment to see her again. I heard she mentioned something about my laziness. Why laziness has to do with my eye issue???Excuse her but I don't personally know her so how she gave her own stupid opinion about her patient when she knows nothing about me. I will reschedule my follow up appointment with another doctor (at another site if I have to). I will think about if I want to stick with healthcare provider because lately their service is bad. Doctor is angry or stress and take it out on their patients.

I visited Dr. Chi today for an eye exam after having LASIK years ago. I was concerned that I might need glasses again, but she quickly identified the real issue—just dry eyes, which was an easy fix. What stood out most was her meticulous attention to detail; she approached even a routine exam with precision and care, ensuring nothing was overlooked. Her communication style is refreshingly direct, and efficient, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend her to anyone who values thoroughness, logic, and a no-nonsense approach to healthcare.

Dr. Chi greeted me right on schedule at door. She asked me a few questions and inspected my eyes carefully, then sent me to have inner eye's scan in a separate lab in the same building. The result was available within 20 minutes. She explained my cataract's condition, what I could do before surgery, and helped me to request an appointment to remove my cataract. After the visit, I have much better understanding of my blurry vision and feel comfortable with the surgery to remove my cataract. Thank you! Dr. Chi.

I took my father who doesn’t speak any English to see Dr. Chi for a normal eye vision. She was the only optometrist available and this was our first time seeing her. This doctor is awkward and made both my father and I feel uncomfortable. No bedside manners. When I tried to ask her questions about the test she got super defensive and started to raise her voice. The whole encounter was unprofessional. I hope she was having a bad morning and she normally doesn’t treat her patients this way.

This is by far the most unprofessional and rude care provider I have ever seen. She is very rude , easily distracted and seems to rush her exams. She does not value patient feedback ON THEIR OWN VISION.

Excellent optometrist. Very informative and answers all questions well.
