Dr Abucha herself is a very nice women. As a Dr. she is ok too. But ask to get help with paper work, terrible. The office girls are so incompetent. They dont bill correctly, they take the wrong insurance information then say they never got it. The wait times can be up to an hour long!! In the summer when its 110 out sitting in this hot office for an hour past your appointment get to be to much.

Even worse than the last review! False records were sent so no other doctor would take over care. Whoever left the prior review should contact their insurance company. Was billing Medicare and taking cash from me.

Dr Abucha deliberately left me without refills because SHE DID NOT SHOW UP FOR AN APPT on 8/31/18 and nobody from her office called me to notify me that she was unavailable. I waited an hour for her via telemedicine. When I called her office the number was disconnected. She and her staff lied multiple times to me. She is late for all appointments and has cancelled last minute and then hold prescriptions hostage that I had to call off work to get my medications.
