Dr Vance and her staff at the office are Great. The office is big and they have a large selection of frames. The staff at the front desk are very helful and friendly. I highly recommend this place for the whole family. They open early and close late on somedays which are great with my schedule.

I was a new patient and got there early so that I can complete paper work and be on time for my appointment. There was a staff meeting in which cause me not to be able to get paper work on time and which made me late. Was nearly an hour I had to wait. Maybe things would have been different, but when they call me back I felt everything was rush rush rush. Doctor's exams were though, explained thing will. But the time just wasn't there. So I was disappointed because of having to hurry.
