No LGBTQ competency. She was combative, talked more than she listened, and argued with me about my partner's pronouns. My partner wasn't even the main concern. She's been around a long time and clearly values her own opinion, regardless of what issue you as a patient wish to discuss. She also left the window blinds up and the door open during an appointment. That was HIPAA non-compliant and frankly lazy.
