Hearing services were excellent...it's the pricing that was a problem for me. My first set of hearing aids from "Dr. Jan" she offered a discount without my asking (still $2,000 each). That's the discount price? They never worked when even slightly damp, and two years later I was told they were obsolete and the design had never been very good. So, two years later she wanted another $4,000 for two more hearing aids, and seemed insulted when I asked if I could get the same discount!
