Jami Mock, ARNP

Jami spent most of my appointment talking about herself and her “circle graph”. Then about how the healthcare world is messed up and how she doesn’t agree with overpriced stuff and yada yada. Then I got my bill. I had labs done I didn’t even need and just recently had done as part of my recent pregnancy that she ordered again. And my bill came to $1300 AFTER INSURANCE FOR A “NEW PATIENT” visit. Jami told me in a MyChart message that the labs should have been billed differently to avoid such out of pocket costs and that I needed to call the lab, yet disputes dept said Jami herself wrote it to be billed the way it was. When I messaged Jami about it I didn’t get a response, then got a letter in the mail saying Jami had resigned within days of me messaging her asking her to correct it. Avoid Jami at all costs, she will seem like she is on your side and trying to help you out then leave you with an obnoxious bill and 0 help resolving it despite telling you it should have been billed differently. Did I mention my husband had the same visit(done before I even went in + we got the bill before I went in) + many of the same labs and his bill was only ~$400? Weird, huh?
