Jim Shorten is a fabulous PA. I enjoy every appointment with him because he is listening to my every comment. And he gives a "great" shot into my subtalar joint every time!!

James was amazing. I was waiting for the injection and suddenly he says, "all done". I was amazed. Easiest cortisone shot I have ever had!!!
