I highly recommend Jim Piffath as a counselor. In fact, I have already recommended him to friends. He has gotten me through the grief process with his caring and sensitive manner. From our sessions, I feel I have grown emotionally and this has helped me in all aspects of my life. I cannot thank him enough for helping me through an unbearably sad time of my life.

This counselor is absolutely fantastic. I have recommended him to friends as well. He is always caring and understanding. I have been to many counselors in the past and when I found him I stayed, and have stayed, for well over a year. Everytime I have a visit he is punctual and helpful. I NEVER feel like I am in a session because of business or money; in fact I always feel welcome. He has helped me so much through difficult times and i highly, HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

I cannot help but feel that this counselor is all about business. The first couple of visits felt promising, but the quality of sessions diminished over time. He puts on a persona that is reassuring until you actually need help. After a missed appointment due to having a panic attack at home, he essentially wiped his hands clean of me instead of helping me find a resolution. After the missed appointment, I tried reaching out through email and have yet to receive a response.
