Dr. James Parks is an Excellent and Exceptional Optometrist. Dr. Parks has Advanced skills and patient care assessment, planning, intervention and Opthalmic Evaluations. Very calm, polite and highly Professional.
Explains , patient Education very well.
Uses advanced diagram charts and more.
You will not find a better Eye care team.
The entire staff is courteous, well trained and friendly. Excellent people skills.

Dr. Parks and his assistant had terrible bed side manners. Especially the assistant!!! Receptionists were very friendly. The staff who does the fitting of eye glasses was super nice and helped me and my elderly father to our car.
