Dr. Park is great, but his office staff is awful!!! They are unorganized, unprofessional and completely incompetent. Sad, because Dr. Park is awesome! I've had to call numerous times asking for prescription refills (and my pharmacist has had to call too) and still have run out before they have approved them. I continue to get these appointment reminders of appointments that I have never set up. And the billing is a complete mess. One moment you pay your normal copay and then the next time you go in, it's something completely different. Again, highly recommend Dr. Park, but the office staff is awful and I have had to find another doctor because of it.

I've been seeing Dr. Park now for several months now. I came to him in severe low back pain and he has done wonders for my low back. I am no longer in pain as he continues to adjust me every couple of weeks. He has made it possible for me to play with my kids again without being in pain. The staff there is so wonderful and very warming. They all work very well together as a team of specialists. He is right in the heart of downtown Fort Worth which is very convenient for me from work.

I highly recommend Park Family Healthcare to all my family and coworkers. Dr. Park and Rebecca are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and have helped me with my headaches, low back pain and weight loss. I've never felt better.

I began seeing Dr. Park for back pain since his office is close to where I work downtown and he has available lunch hours. After I began treatment for my back, I learned that I could get my blood drawn in the same office and get the help I needed from both Dr. Park and his Nurse Practitioner. It was nice to have multiple people focused on my needs. I loved his office even more! They have all been a great help to my health needs and I can see the improvement already.

Many of my co-workers recommended Park Family Healthcare. I originally went there for low back pain, which Dr. Park treated professionally and efficiently. I now also see Rebecca, the Nurse Practitioner for weight loss and when I am sick. I am able to get same day appointments and the staff is always helpful and friendly. No automated answering system, but an actual person to answer my calls! I am very thankful for the great care I receive and that everything is covered by my insurance.

Dr. Park and his staff have always made it easy for me to get appointments with my busy schedule. But my favorite part is that Dr. Park is able to adjust kids, he has helped both me and my 4 year old son tremendously. We love when its time for our monthly visit! I highly recommend his office to anyone.
