James is knowledgeable, clinically professional. However, I didn't appreciate the lack of consistency in instruction and follow up. His instructions were to let him know when/if what he was doing became too painful using the words yellow, red or simply stop. I held out as long as I could stand the pain and let him know as it increased and said stop. He laughed and said we can't stop know, we'd have to start all over again. Huh? He did reduce the pressure so that it was bearable
