It has taken me 35 years to finally admit that I need help with trauma from being a First Responder (EMS). Naturally apprehensive, I found myself almost instantly comfortable with Dr. Haugh. This is not like me ... but his style, voice, method for probing gently for painful information ... I cannot recommend him enough, especially for my brothers and sisters from EMS/PD/FD. If you find that you "just can't take it anymore," consider Dr. Haugh. Holding it all in serves no purpose. Let him help.
