Thanks to Dr James Cima and his caring team I'm now out of pain and walking after not being able to stand up and walk more than a few feet for more than a year. I had bulging and herniated disc and a very deranged pelvis. Two surgeons offered no solutions, five spinal injection, PT ,traction etc. did nothing . Dr Cima"s treatment combo plan of deep muscle release plus gentle manipulations worked ! Full of gratitude to have my life back.

I would highly recommend Dr.Cima. He really listens and gets right to the problem. He has helping me with a stubborn case of Plantar Facittis I've been suffering with for 8 months and its finally going away!!

Dr. Cima is young but knowledgeable and kind and gentle. I would recommend him highly. His assistant Holly is also wonderful and the wait time is very minimal. Easy to schedule and reschedule appointments.
