Jay is an incredible psychologist and human. I truly enjoyed our appointments and gained more from the short 6 weeks I was able to see him, than from 5 years of counseling. He is a brilliant, compassionate clinician with incredible knowledge about very effective treatment. I would recommend him for people with trichotillomania, ocd, anxiety/panic and other impulse control disorders. I was referred to him by my psychiatrist for trich, and he may be the only psych that can treat trich in Eugene.
