Diabetic, did not receive dilation. rushed exam, could hardly keep up with flipping back and forth. Glasses were repeatedly messed up from measurement for pupils to if available, and pricing. Glasses sent back twice to fix issues. Not told needed progressives by doctor. Told when finally got the last pair in, that blurry was normal, not to move my head but focus, and wait a few weeks and pain would go away. Also that being able to see detail a few feet away like reading a sign was not necessary and not to focus on that. Lens popped out of glasses while cleaning. Went on Zenni the day after finally got glasses and lens popped out and discovered my standing 5yr prescription of 20 od and 50 os were now reversed and according to this dr i was 50 os and 20 od with a lot of other issues I do not have. I wasted a month of time and money on all this only to order a new pair of old rx from zenni. I now have to wait a year for insurance to get a new exam and a real dr.
