Dr. Jalal Alghabra at Pinnacle Dermotology in Fredericksburg is excellent. I had a 'water cyst' on my lower eyelid (basically a clogged sweat duct) and I had tried various methods to try to get rid of it. Dr. Jalal Alghabra surgically removed it; numbed the area below the eye with fine needles and then removed the outer cyst and the core, so that it would not come back. The procedure was painless, quick and healed wonderfully. Dr. Jalal has specialized training in removing trouble spots from around the eyes; I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to go back to him if needed.

This guy is the Best in the ‘Burg without question. Always goes above and way beyond for his patients. Great supporting staff as well. I’ve been a patient of this practice 20+ years. They have my highest recommendation.

This guy is amazing!! I went through issues with my face for years, like majority of my life and I am 50. Within 2 months he corrected my issues and I am living my best life. I had spent quite a bit of money on other dermatologist as well as medications. I do not have to even use medications. Issue resolved entirely. It does take some time to get an appointment but considering the high demand for his treatment process, it is understandable.

He does great work. does no scaring .great personality.I trust his decisions on everything Everyone there does great work .makes you feel comfortable.I would recommend him to anyone.if needed a last minute emergency appointment he takes you

Dr. Jalal took my fear away. He treated me for a cancer on my face and watched for a year to make sure it was gone. I have a tiny white spot. He also treated me for other conditions. He always made me feel comfortable. My daughter saw him at the same day I did. We both cried when he told us he would not be in Smithfield anymore. If we could find him, we would drive to a distant location to have him treat us again.

This man has a heart of gold. He has done for me what no other doctors have been able to. He was never in a rush with me. He took his time and treated my like I was the only person he had to see that day. He listened and I felt like I was heard. I would recommend him to anyone!

He was amazing and saved my son's skin from being tortured more. My son suffered for 8 years and we finally got answers and proper treatment. Forever thankful.

Dr. Jalal saved my family from sleepless night with my little girl. My daughter started showings signs of eczema very early and we saw so many doctors who just could not help us. When my daughter was about one years old is when we saw Dr. Jalal for the first time and he truly was an answered prayer. Sad to see this doctor leave this office. Caring compassionate always ready to listen and make his patient feel comfortable. He will be missed,
