I saw Dr. Shelton in the ER at JMH with unexplained, severe back pain. She was so sympathetic to my condition and very compassionate, considerate and diligent in finding the cause of the pain. I left the ER still not knowing exactly the cause of the pain because of the insurance regulations preventing ER docs to order MRI's but she went above and beyond to do the diagnostic testing that she could. I left knowing that the excruciating pain I felt wasn't from infection or any major organs.
