All the below is judging in the context that She is an NPC, not a medical doctor. She is very warm, patient and nice. If she is too warm is subjective. But it is possible that one finds she is too warm, depending on one's own personality. She is able to explain very well what she knows correctly[I did double check her answers.], but not reluctant to admit what she does not know. Given she is an NPC, there are indeed some questions she cannot answer. But I think this is understandable.
