I received immediate assistance when I called the office for an opening. Once there, I was met with a friendly staff at the check in counter and was checked in within minutes. I had approx. a 5 minute wait and was called back for the normal bp and weight check by one of the friendly staff who them escorted me to the exam room. After she asked a few follow up questions I was left to wait for someone to attend to my tick issue. I waited approx 3 minutes and was greeted by Jamie Hampton and another staff member. Both of them were very friendly and we talked about things going on in the local area, including the Pie Barn which took my mind off of Jamie digging the head out of my leg. I normally cringe at the sight of a needle but die to Jamie’s professional experience and wonderful personality, I didnt even notice that she was digging it out with a needle when the tweezers werent working. I would highly recommend asking for Jamie Hampton if you need treatment at this facility. 5 Stars.
