I saw her 2 years ago with severe back pain after a fall. Her bedside manner is atrocious. She sent me for a bone scan of my spine. Her office called and told me I had a partial fracture of the Spine and it would heal in 8-12 weeks 10 weeks later I still had back pain and went to a different orthopedic doctor. He looked at my scans and said I don't see how it can possibly heal, it's a complete fracture. I wasted 10 weeks of sitting around in pain when I should have had the surgery. It took six more weeks til I had surgery. I don't know why they even allow her to practice she's that rude and incompent

TERRIBLE!!!!!
The worst bedside manner I have ever encountered and I can't believe LVHN keeps her employed! She dismissed anything I told her and the bottom line is she kept making rude comments and acted as though I was making up the pain I am having. I WILL NEVER GO TO HER AGAIN AND I CAUTION ANYONE THINKING OF GOING TO HER!!! LVHN needs to really take a look at her!

Rude unprofessional never returning to her!
She dismissed my pain told me she doesn’t use the drugs my Dr referred me to, rude told me I was lying if I couldn’t lift my left leg that I should of went to the ER instead then asked me if I’m going to sue and use a lawyer. WTH??her eval she barely touched me and rushed like she didn’t have the time. Then told me years ago this isn’t a new injury which it was from a car accident I will never go back she is a zero star if I could put that!

Stay away
I had several instances of horrible pain management with her and her office. The callousness and indifference I experienced was traumatic.

Horrible Provider
It was one and done for me. The first thing she said to me is "I don't give those drugs your New York Dr gives you". She said this at least 4 times. I have 7 herniated discs in my neck and lower back. I could barely turn my head. I said I thought it was a pinched nerve. Without ever touching me she said it was carpal tunnel and I should get tested for that. He staff couldn't make me an appointment and said I would received a call which I never received. That was fine because I will never go back to her. She was useless to me. And on her write-up on the portal in at least 4 places she mentioned my drugs from NY. I wish her my back issues.

Unacceptable
I am really not one to ever leave reviews but had to after this experience. Jamie is knowledgeable on the anatomy of the spine but lacks any type of treatment plan. I had to ask for everything I wanted which she would respond “yes I guess we could do that”. I am lucky to work in healthcare so I am well versed in what the typical treatment plan is but if it wasn’t for that I don’t think she would had done anything. I had a severe herniated disc and even struggled to put my socks on and she basically yelled at me when I asked for time off work even though she wanted me to see a surgeon due to my issue. I do have a very physical job so it just was impossible to do without risk of hurting myself further. She lacks compassion!

Unacceptable
I agree with previous reviews stating lack of compassion. professionalism, and involvement in patient welfare. She doesn’t care. Terrible skills and arrogant. Will not return calls or portal outreach. Office errors cause delays in patient care. Don’t be fooled. Look elsewhere for better service.

Her bedside manner lacked compassion. Her educative side was thorough but her exam was not complete although her notes indicated otherwise. No pain medication prescriptions were provided.

While she seemed caring and compassionate during the office visit, that quickly went away throughout recommended treatments. Questions sent through the portal are read by staff and go unanswered or she asks questions that I have already provided answers to in original notes. She refuses to sign excuses for work when you have to call out due to mismanaged pain. When she told me to "keep in touch" and "im here to answer any questions you have and please reach out if your pain is getting worse" I left feeling as though I found a provider who will help me. I sure was wrong!

Ms. Broesicke lacks compassion and professionalism. She spends 90% of the office visit typing on the computer and refuses to be interrupted and does not give a physical exam. She relies on MRI report. She does not read the MRI itself. Probably due to her lack of knowledge A robot would be be better.

Went to her with back issues. She would not listen to my issues,would only go by what water therapy said. Who doesn't feel pretty good in 91 degrees water. But what about the rest of my day. She just didn't want to hear it and would not give me just one more week off until I was reevaluated by pt. My employer even agreed to stay out until that was finished. Needless to say 'she is fired' as my doctor. Well she is not even a doctor. Maybe should have conferred with her superoirs .

Ms. Broesicke was just wonderful. She took her time in explaining to me my existing condition, showing me my MRI, explaining treatment options. Even my spouse, who was anxious to move me forward to a neurosurgeon was completely satisfied with her explanations, and felt completely comfortable in moving forward in the manner in which she explained. While doctors have their place in the world, I would recommend that no one underestimate the knowledge of an NP! Go to one, esp'ly Jaime!
